Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- plan various corrective osteotomies using the CORA principles
- integrate the art and science of osteotomies into veterinary medicine, particularly as it pertains to small animals
- apply osteotomy techniques into small animal surgical practice
- discuss the importance of preoperative planning and other aspects of the clinical decision making process as related to osteotomies in small animal surgery
